An outpatient procedure is a surgery where a patient checks into and is
discharged from the hospital on the same day. Most minimally invasive
surgeries are outpatient procedures. A minimally invasive surgery is one
where the surgeon does not need to make large incisions to perform the
operation.
Our operating rooms feature state-of-the-art technology and monitoring
equipment to facilitate safer, more efficient surgery and anesthesia services.
From the moment you arrive for your operation, a member of our team will
guide you to where you need to be.
We offer the following outpatient therapy and surgery services:

Blood transfusions
Wound care
IV hydration
Catheter care
Needle directed biopsies
IV antibiotic therapy
PICC lines
Some things to keep in mind for the day of your surgery:
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
Do not wear any makeup or jewelry
Do not put any lotions or creams on your skin
Many procedures demand that you do not eat or drink for 12 hours beforehand-
this includes water, gum, and hard candies
If your procedure involves anesthesia, make sure you have a ride to and
from the hospital as you will not be able to operate a vehicle for 24 hours
